Book 2: The Rya Jones Series

Rya, who was once against Christianity, finds herself among the Jesus followers. She wants to live for Christ the right way this time but finding it a little more difficult than she anticipated. Family trouble, job security, identity crisis! You name it, she's probably going through it.

To top it all off, a kidnapper is amidst, and the police finally have to bring Rya in to help them solve it. But like everything else, this case isn't quite as it seems either. 

 

Join Rya and Jay as they work together to find the missing and hopefully bring them home.

What made you write a Christian fiction book?

After years of reading the books that challenged my beliefs, God delivered me. In the process of getting rid of the wrong books, my prayer was "Lord what do I do now," because of my love for reading. What He gave me was a story line to write my own. My heart's desire is to help others do the same thing He's done for me, to simply enjoy a book that still brings God glory.

How can a fiction book also be considered Christian?

If the Bible tells us that the rocks will cry out and bless the Lord, surely He can use a fiction book to do the same. The design of these books is to use a fiction plot to lead others to Christ. Everything we do should be done as unto the Lord. Why not a book?

Is this the only book or will there be more?

As this is being written, I'm in the process of writing book 2 and more will follow. Stay tuned for updates!
